Reservation Policy | Dinah’s Garden Hotel

Most reservations are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy, which requires changes or cancellations to be made by 3:00 PM the day before arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.
Rates are based on the check-in date and length of stay selected at the time of booking. If you depart earlier than your confirmed departure date and are outside the 24-hour cancellation window, an early departure fee equal to one night's room rate may apply.
Some reservations may be Non-Refundable. In such cases, the cancellation policy will be clearly stated in the Terms & Conditions. Please ensure you review all terms carefully before confirming your reservation.

Important Notes:

Dinah’s Garden Hotel is unable to waive late cancellation or no-show fees for situations beyond a guest’s control, including but not limited to:
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Personal or family illness
- Changes to business or travel plans
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your itinerary.
We are unable to refund no-show charges that result from booking errors made by the guest or the guest’s booking agent.

Deposit Policy

A refundable security deposit is required at check-in. This valid credit card and ID is required a check-in.

Dinah’s Garden Hotel is dog-friendly!

Fee: $75 for stays of 1–4 days. An additional $75 will apply on the 5th day.
Weight Limit: 50 lbs maximum
Restrictions:
- Dogs only – no cats allowed- maximum 2 per room
- Dogs are permitted only in designated pet-friendly rooms
- Please call ahead to confirm availability
Pet fees and policies are subject to change.

Room rates are based on the check-in date and length of stay.
Rates may change if the reservation is modified.
Taxes:
- 15.5% Occupancy Tax (per night)
- 0.195% California Tourism Tax (per night)
