Things to Know Before You Book

Cancellation Policy:

Most reservations will have a 24 hours prior to arrival (3:00 pm) policy. Please cancel or modify 24 hr prior to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax. Rates are based on check-in date and length of stay shown. Should you depart prior to the confirmed departure date after the 24hr policy for any reason, the hotel may impose an early departure fee of one night's room rate.

Some reservation may be Non-Refundable. Cancellatoin Policy will be mentioned in the Terms & Conditions. Please ensure you read all terms and conditions prior to confirming your reservation.  

Deposit Policy:

There is a mandatory security authorization/deposit taken at check-in by either credit card or via a cash deposit. Guests are required to leave a fixed amount of US$75 per day. All unused amounts of the deposit will be released on departure.

Check-in: 3:00 pm Check-out: 12:00 pm (noon)

Pet policy: Dog Friendly: $75 per 1-4 days, on the 5th day and addtional $75 is assessed. 50-pound maximum, No cats allowed. Dogs are allowed only in certain room types. Please call the hotel for the availability of Pet-Friendly Rooms. Rates are subject to change.

Rates are subject to change if the reservation is modified. A 15.5% Occupancy Tax and 0.195% California Tourism Tax (per night) would apply additionally to the room rate.

Must be 18 years of age. All rooms are non-smoking. Rollaways and cribs are available upon request in select rooms.
