Keeping Our Guests Safe
Dear Valued Guests:
In these times of uncertainty in dealing with the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want you to know that the health and safety of our guests and team members are always a top priority.
There is no issue more important to us than making sure we manage the Coronavirus issue as effectively as possible, so you continue to feel confident during your stay with us.
As a result, we have enhanced our cleaning procedures for the health and safety of our guests and team members. All our actions are focused in these areas.
- We are buying more cleaning and disinfectant supplies. We are paying attention to cleaning and sanitizing high touch point areas, to include key cards, public area computers, elevator doors and buttons, door handles, locks and latches, light switches, desk surfaces, telephones, television remote controls, and bathroom fixture handles.
- We are reminding employees through multiple channels about washing hands often. We are talking to them about it, posting signage in key employee areas.
- We are reinforcing training procedures to ensure cleaning processes are implemented properly by our employees.
- If an employee appears to be suffering from flu-like symptoms, they will be asked to promptly seek medical attention and to remain at home until they are free of symptoms.
Dinah’s Poolside Restaurant is open for take-out, in-room delivery, outdoor dining, and limited indoor dining. We are open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM. Orders can be made via the hotel front desk, online at dinahshotel/dining.com, or at Poolside. Take-out pick up will be at the Porte cochere.
Our Fitness Facility is open. Hours may vary.
Our Pool is open for hotel guests only and is be available from 9 AM to 9 PM. Wristbands are required and may be obtained at the Front Desk. Outside food or beverage is NOT allowed.
Please avoid entering the facility if you have COVID-19 symptoms. We ask that everyone maintain a six-foot distance from one another. Sneeze and cough into a cloth or tissue or, if not available, into one’s elbow. Additionally, do not shake hands or engage in any unnecessary physical contact. Per county regulation, face coverings are to be worn by all personnel and customers entering the facility. We have face masks available at the front desk. Note that face coverings are not a substitute for social distancing and hygiene measures. The front desk has available for review a copy of our COVID-19 Site-Specific Protection Plan.
